How to update the price on a live advertisement on Rightgun.uk
While it is recommended to set the correct price before publishing a listing, Rightgun.uk allows you to update pricing on live advertisements when necessary. For firearms, you can use the Gun Valuation Calculator to help determine a fair and market-aligned price before or after listing.
Steps to update the price on a live advertisement
Log in to your Rightgun.uk dashboard using your registered credentials.
Navigate to the relevant section based on the type of listing:
Gun advertisements: Go to the Transactions section
Equipment advertisements: Scroll to the Advertisement section
Ammunition advertisements: Scroll to the Pricing section
Shooting or hunting days: Edit the listing and scroll to the Events section to update event-specific pricing
Edit the pricing details as required and click Save to apply the changes.
Select View live to confirm that the updated pricing is correctly reflected on the live advertisement page.
