How to request a new make or brand on Rightgun.uk
Rightgun.uk allows users to request the addition of a new firearm make or brand if it is not already available while creating a listing. This ensures accurate categorisation and helps keep the platform’s data structured and compliant.
You can request a new make or brand while listing guns, equipment, or ammunition by following the steps below.
Steps to request a new make or brand
Log in to your Rightgun.uk Dashboard using your registered credentials.
Navigate to the relevant section based on what you are listing:
Armoury (for guns)
Equipment
Ammunition
Begin creating a new advertisement and start entering the required details.
Under the Make field, search for the brand name.
If the brand does not appear in the list (even after typing the full name), click “Make not found?”
A pop-up window will appear:
Enter the Make or Brand name
Provide any additional relevant information
Add the official manufacturer’s website URL (this helps our team verify and add accurate data)
Click Add Make to submit your request.
What happens next?
Your request is reviewed by the Rightgun.uk Team
Once approved and added to the system, you will receive a confirmation response
The newly added make or brand will then be available for selection in your listing
