How to save a gun to your armoury without advertising on Rightgun.uk

Rightgun.uk allows RFDs and Professional users to use the RFD Register (Armoury) as a stock management tool for available, reserved, or upcoming firearms—without publishing them as live advertisements on the marketplace.


This feature is ideal for managing internal stock records while maintaining full control over when (or if) a gun is advertised publicly.


Steps to save a gun to your armoury only

  1. Log in to your Rightgun.uk dashboard.

  2. Navigate to your Armoury section.

  3. Click + Add, or use the + Sell button from the top menu and select Guns.

  4. Enter all required details for the firearm, such as make, model, calibre, and condition.

  5. Instead of advertising the gun, click Add to armoury.


The firearm will now be saved as a record in your RFD Register.


Managing non-advertised guns in your armoury

  • Saved firearms can be located easily using:

    • Sidebar filters on desktop

    • Filter button on mobile devices

  • These guns:

    • Will not appear in Rightgun.uk search results

    • Will not be visible to buyers

    • Can be advertised later at any time with a single action


This approach gives you complete flexibility to manage stock internally before making it available for sale.
