How to download documents and bulk reports on Rightgun.uk

Rightgun.uk provides Registered Firearms Dealers (RFDs) and Professional users with secure access to transaction documents and bulk organisational reports. This ensures accurate record-keeping, simplified audits, and full compliance with UK firearms regulations.

You can download documents for individual actions such as sell, buy, or return, as well as bulk reports covering your entire organisation.

Downloading documents for individual transactions

1. Log in to your Rightgun.uk Dashboard using your registered credentials.

2. Go to Armoury and locate the relevant gun listing.

3. Edit the listing and complete the required action using the Action menu (for example: Sell, Buy, or Return).

4. Ensure all required details for the selected action are completed and saved.

5. Navigate to the Transactions section.

6. Under the Action column, locate the relevant transaction.

7. Download the required documents, including:

   • Form 11

   • Sales or purchase receipts

   • Return or transfer records

   • Other generated compliance documents

All documents are securely stored and available for download at any time.

Downloading bulk reports for your organisation

Rightgun.uk also allows Professional users and RFDs to download bulk reports for organisational-level reporting and compliance.

1. From the top menu, click More.

2. Select Analytics.

3. In the Analytics section, download bulk reports related to:

   • Armoury and RFD Register records

   • Print labels

   • Active and past advertisements

   • Contacts and customer data

   • Ammunition records and documents

These reports are ideal for audits, stock reviews, financial reconciliation, and regulatory inspections.
