How Rightgun can help you maintain a firearms register?

In the UK, the Firearms Act 1968 requires Registered Firearms Dealers (RFDs) to maintain a detailed register of all firearm and ammunition transactions. This includes every acquisition and disposal, ensuring that all transactions are traceable to support law enforcement.

The Armoury is our solution to meet this legal requirement. It allows you to manage your entire gun inventory—whether selling, lending, repairing, disposing, storing, or advertising—all documented in a comprehensive audit.

The records can be easily exported and shared with police on request.

Edit an armoury item

To perform an action, click on the Actions button at the top.

For example, if you want to sell an item, select +Action > Sell. This will open the sell pop-up window. Fill out the form, and if needed, check the relevant boxes to generate Form 11 documents and a customer receipt.

Further analytics

From the homepage, you can view statistics about your sales and customer acquisition. By changing the select box and pressing the Apply button you can change the date and the information will refresh live. Any transactions taken place during that date period will also be displayed.
