Setting up your profile (individual vs organisation)

Once you are logged in to Rightgun.uk, we recommend completing your profile to access all available features and tools. A fully set-up profile helps improve visibility, credibility, and buyer confidence.

Individual profile setup

1. After logging in, click your profile name in the top-right corner.

2. Select Edit profile.

3. Use the + Action menu to add or update your details, including:

   • Email address

   • Contact number

   • Address

   • Website

   • Social media links

   • Licensing details

4. To amend existing information, click the edit icon next to the relevant section.

5. After completing all the information, click Save.

Organisation or gun shop profile setup

1. After logging in, click More in the top menu and select Settings.

2. Click Continue next to Profile details.

3. Add or update your organisation information, including:

   • Company number

   • VAT details

   • Contact details

   • Profile image

   • Videos

4. Manage listing preferences such as:

   • Listing dates

   • Stock photos

   • Listing display order (for example, newest first)

5. After completing all the information, click Save.
