Deer stalking in Herefordshire with Deer Central

Deer Central provides, Venison and Wild Game themed Experience Events. Deer stalking and Sporting Marksmanship Training and Instruction. Deer Stalking Certificate Level 1 Courses, Training and Assessment for Level 2. We focus on training and development of deer stalking skills from marksmanship through to carcass processing. We Teach through formal courses and 'in the field' hands on practical application. We are also a Firearm Dealership and retail kit and equipment tried, tested and reccomended by our team. Deer Central can provide opportunities for experience events, for deer stalking training at a number of locations in the South of England. Our deer stalking in Dorset, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire is offered to our DSC course candidates. Our courses and training are run from a number of venues accross the South and we can also travel to deliver bespoke training and courses. As the Founding Director of Light Alder Ltd (Deer Central), Ben Lightowler brings a unique combination of professional experience to deliver Deer and Wild Food experience and educational events. With former careers in the Armed Forces, a Butler on a large Sporting Estate and concurrent involvement in Deer Management Contracts, Deer Central was founded to introduce and educate the uninitiated to deer, wildlife and the story of sustainable wild venison, training and equiping hunters. Ben is also a Trainer and Assessor for the British Association for Shooting and Conservation and the Deer Management Qualifications (DSC1 and 2).
