DBHE 12bore James Purdey & Son side by side ejector shotgun for sale. This wonderful James Purdey & Son double trigger shotgun was made circa 1960, we are excited to have it for sale on a commission basis. Having just had a major overhaul by ourselves, this gun is in superb mechanical condition. The pistol grip stock has been lengthen to 15 1/8″ over a large wood extension, a new 7/8″ solid gold stock oval currently engraved RV, the stock has been fully re-oil finished. The colour hardened action remains of good colour. With original 28″ chopper lump barrels, chambered 2 3/4 – 70mm cartridges with both bores in unmarked condition measuring a minimum of 0.030`in the right bore.
