Beretta Silver Pigeon

Beretta Silver Pidgeon pump action manufactured during mid 1960's. Gun is in vintage condition with very nice patina finish consummate with age and free of rust. This is a rare and collectable pump action due to limited production run by Beretta. I was going to have the gun reblued but was advised against this and was not possible to hot blue due to this high chrome content of the steel the gun is made of.

This gun has been fully stripped, cleaned and a new magazine spring fitted. The gun has an extremely smooth action and has been tested and functions perfectly. 

The barrel is free from damage or pitting and although showing cylinder bore it patterns quarter choke at 25yards. This gun would be fine with standard steel shot up to number 6 shot size and would make a great pidgeon, hide, or walk up gun as it is light in weight although being full steel construction. This gun is part of my collection I am selling and as said is a rare gun.
