This produces a superior contrast effect, highlighting the floral motifs which adorn all metal surfaces of the gun. It is further enhanced by superior grade 3 wood which benefits from an exquisite gloss finish. This enhances the grain of the wood whilst also protecting it from rain and humidity. Based on the superb 680 platform, the Silver Pigeon range has remained popular over the years because of its reliability and minimal maintenance requirements. Continuing the legacy, the new 687 Silver Pigeon V is beautifully proportioned and balanced, maintaining the attractive aesthetics of the low, slim action, which has come to characterise this gun. Featuring the famous Optima HP Steelium barrels, designed to deliver outstanding performance, throwing superb patterns with reduced recoil. Currently available in 12ga only with 20ga arriving in 2023. The 3-grade walnut stock and forend are also finely chequered for an improved grip. A feature rich, shotgun that will not disappoint.
