Information

It all started from a very young age for Rhys from when he started helping on his grandad’s game farm and small shoot as a toddler. Most weekends and school holidays Rhys could be found getting in his grandad’s way in the rearing sheds or out with his brother and dogs building very unstable dens and bridges in the woods. After leaving school Rhys studied Land and Game Management for a year at college to then went on to work as a trainee at Holkham Hall in Norfolk,

After his year was completed at Holkham, Rhys was offered a single-handed game keepers job on the South Downs. Rhys saw the potential of this small family shoot, developing it into one of the most well-known commercial profitable sporting estates in the south in just 4 years.

After his success in the south Rhys moved back to his home county of Norfolk to carry on in the industry he is passionate about. When he is not at work he loves spending as much time with his wife Sophie and children Bonnie and Monty
